The girl in the floral scarf

If you too love fashion and religiously follow what's happening in the fashion world, then you must have heard about the Russian hottie and style icon Miroslava Duma. She had been my fashion inspiration for a few years now. In this post she's mentioned (again) due to the scarf I'm wearing. I have spent years looking for such scarf, which I first saw Miroslava wear.
These old-school traditional scarves were a staple part of everyday outfits. They were particularly worn during special events and winter. Younger girls would wear them in lighter colours , with big red roses or other flower designs. They were tied at the base of the head or underneath the chin. This time I didn't wear mine like that :) but ever since I got the scarf I'm attached to it. It's pretty warm so it will be quite handy with the winter months approaching, which according to the experts will be the coldest yet.
